Working principle of Peanut Sheller Machine

Peanuts feeded artificially, first fall into coase grid, and the peanut shells are removed from the peanut kernels by the rolling force of fixed grid and concave plate, and then the peanut shells and peanut kernels fall through reseau and be blowed out of machine at the same time when pass through the air duct, the kernels and the peanuts in smaller size which have not yet been shelled drop into the sorting sieve, after the gravity seperating process, the peanut kernels upwards through the seperating sieve into the bag while the smaller peanuts downwards into the winding machine which will sent the peanuts into the fine grid to have second shelling, and all the peanuts will be finally shelled.
