1. Assemble the hopper and the discharging mouth, and connected the machine to cooling water and leakage drainage pipe.

2. Install electric initiating device, when the electric power is connected, check if the machine running direction same with the arrow direction of the red warning markers on the colloid mill. colloid mill 'red warning marks' direction of rotation arrow on consistent clockwise rotation. Absolutely forbid idling (lack of liquid material in machine chamber) or running reversely.

3. when this machine is delivered, the discharging mouth has already been equipped with adjusted limit screw, and the grinding gap of stator and rotor is of the best grinding finenss. When to adjust the gap, firstly lose the limit screw, and unscrew the setting device by turning the hand shank anticlockwise, then turn the setting device clockwise, when you feel a little assistance, stop it at once, and at this moment, the number of the indicator reading of the setting device represents “o” of the gap distance between the stator and rotor, and remember this number, then turn the setting device anticlockwise to make the gap bigger than 0, the indicator move a square means the gap of 0.01mm. Generally, when adjusted the ideal grinding fineness, try to keep the grinding mill gap space changeless as far as possible, and at the same time, lock the setting device by hand shank, and adjust the limit screw well to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

4. After connected the machine to the cooling water, inject 1 to 2 kilo gram of liquid or other liquid associated with processed material, and keep wet material flowing state in loop tube. Then you can start the colloid mill, feeding material into the hopper immediately after the machine’ s normal operating(colloid mill type that can idling can avoid this step).

5. Before shut down, feeding some liquid materials or keep a moderate amount of liquid materials left in cavity and keep the wet materials flow in the loop tube. It is the same before starting the machine and feeding the material in case of the damage to the hard combination seal or the motor burnt.

6. During processing materials, please reduce feeding materials when found the motor overload.　　

7. Colloid mill in action, do not close the discharge valve, in order to avoid grinding chamber’s too high pressure causing leakage.

8. Colloid mill is a high precision machinery, very small grinding gap and high grinding speed. When operating the machine, the worker should strictly abide by post, and operate the machine according to the rules, once find fault , shut down timely, resume production after the troubleshooting.

9. Colloid should be cleaning and disinfecting thoroughly after use, ensure that no materials remain in the body, so as to avoid hard mechanical bonding and damage to the machine.
