After buying peanut butter grinder machine, you should pay attention to the installation and debugging:

1, Peanut butter grinding equipment should be installed on the flat concrete fround, and fixed by the anchor screws (according to the working situation, not fixed is ok).

2, Check whether the fastening screws tighten or not.

3, Before use, use special spanner rotate rotor, check contact with the stator, with or without stuck phenomenon, if have such above situation, it is not allowed to boot.

4, Check and plug in the power cord (three alternating current, voltage of 380 v, the protective earthing) and note the rotation direction of rotor should be consistent with the arrow on the base of pointing (clockwise).

5, Turn on the cooling water, and pay attention to the sign of water inlet of outlet, when the machine speed is not more than 4000 r/min, general donot need connect cooling water.

6, Start the motor, first turn on switch, check whether there is a noise, vibration, if the situation is not normal should immediately stop, after debugging, test running.
