This article introduce production process flow of sesame tahini and main equipment of tahini production line, and this line include sesame seed washer and dryer, baking oven, lifting machine, coarse grinding, mixing tank, pump, mixer, homogenizer, fine grinding machine, vacuum tank, cooling machine, filling machine, etc.

This tahini production line is characterized by low production, high degree of mechanization, good reliability, complete production and pollution-free, which is an advanced equipment for producing stable sesame paste.

(1) Sesame baking oven: Used for roasting sesame seeds.

(2) Cooling zone: Adopts the principle of the fan to pull out the hot air, and cooling the sesame after baking.

(3) Coarse grinding machine: First grinding sesame into paste.

(4) Fine tahini grinding machine: Further grinding sesame after coarse grinding, further improving the fineness.

(5) Cooling machine: Cool the grinded sesame paste.

(6) Degas tank: Remove the gas in sesame paste before filling.

(7) Filling: filling and packing tahini into corresponding containers.
