Shelling process means to remove the shell of peanuts with the least damage to the peanut kernel. After harvesting, wash, shell and grade peanuts for diferent sizes.

Next, the shelled peanuts are dry roasted in nuts roaster machine, dry roasting is done throug batch baking or continuous baking method. All the nuts in roaster have been uniformly roasted, and then they are transferred to cooling machines, where suction fans draw cooling air over the peanuts.

The peeled peanuts are fed into the grinder to be milled. For smooth peanut butter production, the peanuts through coarse grinding and fine grinding.You can make chunky peanut butter, salty butter, creamy butter according to your requirement.To prevent overheating, grinder machines are cooled by a water jacket.
