How to operate almond slicer machine ?
1. Turn on the power. The speed controller should be returned to zero every time the machine is turned on or off. Avoid damaging the governor.
2. Connect the air source, and use a gas pipe with an outer diameter of 8mm to access clean compressed air from the pressure regulating valve, and adjust the air pressure to 0.3-0.4Mpa.
3.Adjust the working frequency of the cylinder.
4, adjust the thickness of the slice: when you want to change the thickness of the slice, you can loosen the lock nut under the thickness adjustment handle. The thickness of the almond slices can be adjusted as required. After adjusting, re-tighten the nut.
5. Replace the blade: If the blade is not sharp after long-term use, the blade needs to be replaced. When changing the tool, open the front door of the discharge port, open the round cover on the machine face, and use the hex bolt wrench to remove the two M6 bolts of the lock blade from under the rotary cutting disc, and then take it from the rotary disc Lower the blade and reinstall the new blade.
