The process of cashew production:
The raw cashew materials are graded into three to five levels according to different sizes by the classifier, then the cashew are feeding into the cooking machine by elevator, the cooking machine is equipped with the steam boiler, due to the different thermal expansion coefficient, cashew kernels and shells will be separated as they cooled and easy to be shelled, the cashew materials are shelled by the special cashew shelling machine, and then are peeled by the peeling machine, roasted by the roasting machine.
