Operating principle of Wet Peanut Peeler Machine
This machine is used to peel the peanut skin after soaking. It is widely used in the previous peeling process for peanut butter, peanut milk, peanut powder, flour coated peanuts, spicy peanut etc. The red skin will be separated from peanut kernel. The material enters in the peeling chamber from hopper automatically, then the rubbing device peels the peanut due to different speed of rollers, it cause large friction to remove the res skin of peanuts.
Wet type peanut peeler machine is different from
dry type peanut peeling machine, this wet peanut peeler is used to peel soaked or immersed peanuts, almonds, soybeans, chickpeas and broad beans. The unique residue separation device ensures clean and integral peanut kernels.
