Working principle of this peanut sheller:
Peanuts into the feed hopper in the top roller by artificial feeding, using the rubbing force between the rotating rotor and the arcuate grid frames to broke the peanut shells, the shells and the kernels drop down together through the front arcuate grip frame, when passing through the wind channel, most of peanut shells are blow out of the machine by the top air blower, the peanut kernels and some unshelled peanuts of small size drop on the gravity sorting sieve, and peanut kernels move up along the sieve surface finally into the bag while the small size peanuts move downward into the back roller by the lifting device, these peanuts will have second shelling, such peanut shelling continues circularly until all the peanuts shelled completely.
